Back in August 2025, Google announced that they will require developer verification for all applications starting from 2027, even those outside of the Play Store. As desktop users, since a long time now, we had the capacity to easily espace big tech companies by using a wide variety of high-quality Linux Distributions (like Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, ...) and the time has come to make it possible also for mobile users!
